Billing and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the start of session to ensure full use of the session is utilized. Our clinicians invest and dedicate themselves to being alert, prepared and engaged in client goals and progress. Cancellations less than 24-hours incur a $60 for late cancels/ no show fee. We strongly encourage that instead of incurring a late cancel fee, utilize the session time via phone/ tele-health to ensure continuity and progress on client treatment goals.
