Our clinicians are available to provide a 15 minute consultation to discuss your specific needs. Chat with a clinician to ask questions, and clarify how they might treat your specific case. Complete a contact form and one of our staff will contact you to discuss your needs further.

cancellation policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, our clinicians schedule that time block for your needs only. Our clinicians invest and dedicate themselves to being alert, prepared and engaged in client goals and progress. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with 24 hour notice, to allow our clinicians to offer that time block up. Should a client need to cancel their session last minute, we automatically charge a $60 fee for late cancels/ no shows. We strongly encourage that instead of incurring a late cancel fee, utilize the session time via phone/ tele-health to ensure continuity and progress on client treatment goals.

payment process for psychological evaluations

Psychological evaluations are a lengthy and involved process utilizing sophisticated tools to evaluate, diagnose and clarify a client’s presenting problems. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the start of the evaluation and the final payment prior to releasing the written report. We cannot guarantee the outcome of the diagnosis, and at times the diagnosis can be one that is difficult to accept. Our clinicians will do everything to help you work through the feedback session and provide recommendations for further support.
